SHORROCK TRICHEM provide automatic dispensing equipment for its comprehensive range of dishwashing and laundry products and will be pleased to offer a system tailored for any laundry or kitchen to dispense Chemicals competitively. All equipment is installed by its own directly employed engineers and utilises the most up to date equipment to ensure results are achieved at optimum value, all equipment is free on loan.

SHORROCK TRICHEM offer a complete Feminine Hygiene and Washroom Service. All products are installed by our team of engineers and serviced by our fully trained corporate uniformed service operatives on site, offering a complete discreet service at all times. As registered waste carriers, we dispose of all our waste through incineration, and a waste transfer document is provided as part of the service on an annual basis.

We hold a unique position in that we are, as far as we know, the only company in our field to offer certification in foundation and intermediate Food Hygiene. The new training centre at Atherton is registered with the Institute of Environmental Health Officers, and courses can be held in-house, or in our own training suite.

The company is also able to carry out COSHH training for customer’s personnel together with hygiene surveys to produce personalised cleaning schedules, which show techniques and frequencies of cleaning. Safety Data Sheets, under the COSHH regulations, are supplied to all customers. The training and surveys are carried out by our qualified hygienist and are free of charge – a service of which the company is proud and believes is not widely available from our competitors.

The company employs a field sales force who regularly visit customers to ensure good service and to advise on new products or developments. They will support customers by advising on orders of goods by using customised stock and order forms which are provided free. This process not only ensures that customer stock levels are adequate but that costs are contained within any budget targets which operate. Our sales team are trained in the use of the full range of products and are able to offer advice as to the best solution for a customers needs. We are the main distributor for Deb, Kimberley Clark, S C Johnson, Georgia Pacific, Diversey Lever and Proctor and Gamble.

The company operates daily deliveries to its customer base, using its own fleet of modern delivery vehicles. It operates not only throughout the North West of England but also Yorkshire and the Midlands. Through its sister companies in the South of England and Scotland, the group is able to supply its products on a national basis. Orders are delivered the next working day, so far as practical.
